MAJA RUPAR
Maja Rupar is a certified personal trainer who, thanks to her many years of experience in strength training and practical work with recreational players, helps many clients transform their appearance, and achieve an improvement in general physical abilities and life quality in general.
Her trainings are based on a combination of isometric, isokinetic and eccentric contractions in the isolation of each engaged muscle group.
